Difference between a Facebook page and a group

The difference between a Facebook page and a group -

👉 A Facebook page is a public profile that allows companies and brands to promote and expand their services and activities.  A Facebook group is a community-based feature that helps people with similar interests discuss topics and share their opinions.

👉 It is not possible to communicate with the "outside world" by using the Facebook group as a Facebook page.

👉 Closed Facebook groups need the approval to add new people, and content is not public.

👉 Secret Groups are completely hidden from Facebook search people need to be invited to be added.

👉 A business needs to have a Facebook page to present its brand.

👉 It can be a part of a company's identity, highlight its website type and serve as a customer or potential customer for answers, advice, guidance, and even sales search.

👉 Groups also have business potential, but group discussions should be constructive so that criticism does not hinder sales.

👉 If necessary, customers can be collected on the Facebook page through the campaign, but not in the group.
